How to Earn Points

Sign Up for an Account.

After creating your account, follow these steps:

  1. Navigate to the account profile.
  2. Choose the Loyalty Program option.
  3. Within the Loyalty Program, click on the "Earn" icon (positioned between the wallet and redeem icons).
  4. Explore the list of options to discover how you can earn points.

How to Redeem Points

  1. Visit Your Account Profile.
  2. Scroll Down to the Loyalty Program.
  3. Choose "Redeem" from within the Loyalty Program ("Redeem" is positioned between the "Earn" and "Activity" Icons).
  4. Select from the available discounts.
  5. You will receive your chosen discount(s) in two ways: (1) The code will be sent to the email linked to your Leinore account, or (2) the code will appear in the Loyalty Program's "wallet" within your account profile.
  6. When ready to check out, paste the code into the "discount code" section on the final checkout page..

Why cant I find my loyalty program

Have you established an account?

If so, you can find the loyalty program within your account profile.

On mobile devices

  • Scroll to the right within your account to discover the loyalty program, wallet, earnings, and more.

On desktop:

  • Scroll down within your account to locate the loyalty program, wallet, earnings, and more.

Where can I Find My Rewards, if I Already Redeemed?

1. Go to your Account

2. Select "Loyalty Program"

3. Go to "Wallet" Icon

4. Copy the code you would like to use.

Where can I find how many points I have?

1. Go to Account

2. Select "Loyalty Program"

3. Go to "Wallet"

4. Look For the "Current Balance" to see points.

Why Is My Discount Code Not Working?

  1. Visit your Account.
  2. Choose "Loyalty Program."

Have you accumulated any points?

  • If not, you can learn how to earn points in the above section

Have you redeemed the points you earned?

  • If not, you can learn how to redeem points in the above section.

Is your discount code within the applicable conditions?

  • (e.g., expiration date, minimum order amount, etc.)?

Was the correct code copied?

  • To double-check, go into your loyalty program's redeem section and copy the code.
  • Double-check offers sent via email for correct-spelling

Are you already using a different code?

  • If so, you cannot use two codes at once; if not applicable.

Is your code expired?

  • Check expiration dates in the details dropdown in your redeemed points section.

If none of the above circumstances apply to you, contact customer support and email a description of your situation. We will be happy to help resolve your issue.

How do I change my account password?

You have the option to update your password within your account profile. After logging into your profile account, simply navigate to the "change password" section.

How do I change my address?

Within your account profile, navigate to "addresses" where you can add or select your preferred address.

Shipping & Delivery

How do I track my order?

  1. Access the chosen carrier's website and input your tracking number for real-time updates.
  2. Navigate to the "track your order" option located in the main menu bar for convenient tracking.
  3. Visit the "track your order" feature available on your profile account page for easy monitoring of your shipment.

What is the estimated delivery time for my order?

Upon entering your address during checkout, you will receive estimated delivery dates for each available option, be it standard or economy. For real-time updates on your package, kindly refer to the "track your order" page on our website.

What happens if my package is lost or delayed during transit?

In the event of a lost or delayed package, you can reach out to the selected shipping carrier and provide them with the tracking number for assistance.

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?

Certainly, if you mistakenly entered the wrong address, you have a one-hour window post-purchase to modify or update the shipping address.

Please be careful when entering your shipping address, Leinore will not be responsible for orders sent to the incorrect delivery address provided by the customer.

Is the preservative listed in the ingredients also considered an organic component?

Certainly. Yes, all ingredients are entirely organic. However, for proprietary reasons, we refrain from disclosing the specific preservative's name in our company formula description, though it is indeed an organic element.

How long will products last?

To uphold the peak freshness of the product, ensure your hands are consistently clean before use.

Leave in Conditioners = 12-16 months

Deep Conditioners = 12-16 months

Loc Butters = 12-16 months

Hair Oils = up to 18 months

Body Scrubs = 12 months

What ingredients are used in your products?

All ingredients are 100% organic. The ingredients list for each product we offer is available under the product description. You can find further information on each ingredient we offer on our ingredients page. If you're using Build It BARE, your full ingredients list will be promptly sent to you via email.

Additional Charges?

Should you have personalized your product through our Build It BARE section, the custom options you've chosen will be displayed as supplementary charges. These additions contribute to your overall cost but are presented in a categorized format during the checkout process. If you hadn't ordered through our Build It BARE selection, you can proceed to checkout with no additional charges.

Do you offer returns?

For the safety of others, we are unable to offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. All sales are final. please note, Leinore reserves the right to refuse all returns, reshipments, and refunds. In the unlikely event that a product arrives damaged, the customer must contact customer service within 48 hours of receipt.
